Do you know currently that the mass majority of people have excess abdominal fat? Just thinking about the extra abdominal fat makes one feel abhorred and disgusted. Those excess fats are just plain ugly, covering up their abs, creating a low self esteem about showing off their body.
What is most shocking is that most people don’t realize that the extra fat that you have around you that it is not only ugly, but also a huge danger to your health. Scientific research has gone through tremendous length to determine that although it is unhealthy in general to have excess body fat in your body, it is also particularly dangerous to have access abdominal fat.
Did you know that there are two types of fat you can have in your abdominal area? The first type are the ones that cover your abs from being visible, that’s called subcutaneous fat and it lies directly beneath your skin and on top of your abdominal muscles.
The second type of fat that you have around your waistline are called visceral fat. Visceral fats are the ones that lie beneath your muscles and surround your vital organs. They play a role in giving certain men their ‘beer belly’ look where the stomach area protrudes excessively and yet at the same time feels hard on the outside.
Both types of fat, subcutaneous and viseral, surrounds your abdominal area creating serious health risk factors, putting aside the fact that it’s a stumbling block to your journey to getting sixpack abs. Having either of them proofs to greatly increase the risk of you developing heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, stroke, various forms of cancer, sleep apnea and other degenerative diseases. Excess belly fat has also been linked together in studies with higher levels of C-reactive protein (CRP), an indicator of inflammation within the body that can lead to heart disease.
Part of the reason why visceral fat is particularly dangerous is because they (visceral fats) releases more inflammatory molecules into your system on a consistent basis compared to subtnaeous fats.
If you really care about the quality of your life and your loved ones, getting rid of your abdominal fat must be one of your TOP priorities! There is just just no way around it. You can’t reduce your stomach fat by using any of these worthless contraptions. It simply doesn’t work that way.
The only answer to consistently lose your abdominal fat and keep it that way for good it is to combine a sound nutritious diet full of unprocessed natural foods with a properly planned strategic exercise program that stimulates the necessary metabolism and hormones within your body. It is important that your food intake and your training program take the steps in the right directions.
There are numerous reports I have seen with two groups, one on diet-only program, the other on an exercise and diet combined. While both groups make good progress, the diet-only group lost significantly LESS abdominal fat than the diet & exercise combined group.
The important thing to realize is that grabbing any old exercise regime will do you much good. The majority of people that attempt to get into a good exercise routine are NOT working out as effective as proven techniques to really stimulate the loss of stubborn abdominal fats. Just take a walk at a nearby gym and you’ll know what I mean.
