Lose Cellulite Forever

"Cellulite" are one of many feared by any woman. Cellulite is for the most part found in woman during their hormonal changes such as pregnancy, menopause and puberty. Hormonal changes usually occur when a woman pops down birth control pills.

Although hormones plays a role, cellulite is not treatable by hormone therapy. To lose cellulite fats, we have to first find out what cellulite actually is.

Cellulite is a specific type of fat that has found it’s way onto the buttocks and upper thighs of females around the world. Unfortunately for the woman who has it, cellulite is considered to be one of the most unsightly forms of body fat. Some has even described it as resembling lumpy, cottage cheese.

The worst thing about cellulite is that once it finds its way into your body, it’s not going to be very easy to get rid of it. Essentially it is just body fat, however it does not get burned with normal fat burning methods. Right in the face of your hard working exercise fat burning routine, it hangs on for dear life refusing to give up its grip on your butt and thighs.

There are many different theories about the formation of cellulite. Some experts believe that estrogen plays a role in it. Following this theory, this explains why cellulite is commonly found more in woman than men. Some believes that toxins in the body affects the fat cells thus causing cellulite to take it’s course. Still others just attribute it to the simple fact that you are accumulating too much body fat in the affected area.

To get a straight answer to the cause of this problem, I recently interviewed a plastic surgeon about his view on this topic. I respect his opinion since he performed hundreds of liposuction on women who suffer from cellulite.

He says he strongly believes that cellulite is caused by the inflexibility of the connective tissue. In laymen terms, if your connective tissues are not flexible, your fat cells can buldge upwards to the surface of the skin, and out comes the unattractive cottage cheese look.

Since there is such a huge array of opinions on this topic is clear that the scientific community can’t agree on one single reason why cellulite appears. Maybe one of the above theories are accurate. Maybe all of them or a combination of some of them are right.

The good news is, whatever causes cellulite, I have developed a multi-facet approach that will literally melt those cellulite off your butt cheeks and thighs! Below is a simple step-by-step:

  1. Reinstate the flexibility of your connective tissue. This is best accomplished by eating fruits and foods that are rich in bioflavonoids and vitamin C. Some of them are loaded with these nutrients such as citrus fruits, peppers, oranges, grapefruit, charities, all type of berries and green leafy vegetables.
  2. Flush toxins out of your system. The easiest way to begin this detoxification is to drink lots of your water. Be sure to drink at least half of your body weight in ounces every day.
  3. Reduce the exposure of toxins to your body. Being exposed to some level of environmental toxins is unavoidable. But most toxins can be avoided without much trouble. This includes cigarette smoke (first or second hand), overdose of alcohol, unnecessary medications, etc.
  4. Keep your estrogen levels in check. This can be easily accomplished by consuming plenty of cruciferous vegetables. Add to your diet vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, brussels sprouts, and cabbage (which contains a substance named indole-3-carbinol [I3C]). I3C have been researched to produce positive effect on estrogen metabolism. These cruciferous vegetables also assist in detoxifying the body.
  5. Melt away excess body fat. Although cellulite has unique characteristics, essentially is still body fat. So if you were to lose body fat correctly, you would simultaneously lose that cottage cheese look altogether.

Let’s begin by addressing your current diet. You should indulge in a diet that doesn’t allow your insulin levels to hit the roof. High levels of insulin prevents cellulite from being burned, which causes your workout to be fruitless. In order to keep your insulin levels in the optimal range, try eliminating sugar, processed foods and red meat altogether from your diet.

Moving on to your exercise routine. To any woman who has tried, it is commonly now known that transitional exercises does not reduce cellulite. In vain attempts to lose cellulite, most people perform daily aerobic workouts. I have friends who are aerobic instructors, who teaches 6 to 8 hours of aerobic classes each day and still have stubborn cellulite. This proves that aerobic workouts are not very effective.

What you should involve yourself in are high intensity sprint training. Sprinting works the hamstrings (the back muscle of the legs) effectively elevating your metabolism significantly.

Combine sprint training with resistance exercises that target the areas where cellulite, while simultaneously stimulating lean muscle, and you will have in your hand a potent exercise program that will melt your cellulite fats quickly. Some of my favorite resistant exercises for losing cellulite are : Single Leg Romanian Deadlifts, KB Swings, and Band Good Mornings.

Cellulite doesn’t have to be a part of your body permanently. Start this plan today and lose your cellulite fat for life!
